And for any debtors they are unable to contact, wthey will conduct electronic database skip tracing. Payment is directed to the DBX member for immediate account reconciliation and to help preserve and maintain the customer relationship. For more difficult collections and possible litigation processing, DBX members can elect to implement the Secondary Phase. At the conclusion of the Primary Phase, accounts that still remain delinquent can be transferred, with the member’s approval, to TekCollect’s Secondary Contingent Recovery Division.
