Machine operator, qualified candidate must have some mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot, analyze and repair, minor electrical, hydraulics, and mechanical components as well as monitor the block machine. This is a noisy environment that requires hearing protection, can withstand standing and walking for the shift as well as lifting capabilities of #50 -75 lbs. occasionally.

Mason Tender/ Construction Laborer/ Laborer- Operator Tenders/ Laborers will: - assist the mason in building or repairing structures made of brick, block, and stone. - assist with various tasks in order to prep work. - mix mortar and grout, make saw cuts, and build scaffold ( Waco tube frames, crank up, and bennu). - transport materials - maintain tools and supplies, transport materials - keep the Jobsite clean - take direction, always work safely, and communicate clearly and effectively.

Mason Tenders/ Construction Laborers with at least 2 years of experience. Laborer- Operators with at least 2 years of experience with construction equipment No Independent Contractors. The candidate must know how to do basic tasks listed in the job description. The candidate needs to be familiar with the materials, methods, and tools involved in bricklaying. The candidate must: - have excellent physical strength and stamina to stay efficient throughout a whole shift. - be comfortable working in and on high areas. (No fear of heights). - be willing to work in heat or cold. - be able to work independently or with a team. - be good with problem-solving, as well as time management. - have good communication skills. - have reliable daily transportation. - pass a pre-employment drug test - provide proof of eligibility to work in the USA - already live in the local area and be ready to start work within 10 days. Our local area is Northeastern Ohio (Summit, Medina, Portage, Stark, and a few other counties)
