The MRCA Hot Air Welding Safety Training Program (HAWT) helps roofing contractors meet hot air welding safety requirements.
This program has been refined to focus specifically on critical safety issues, ensuring your crews are properly trained and credentialed. It provides the knowledge and certification they need to work safely and effectively every day.
The HAWT Training Program is a three-year qualification that demonstrates your company’s commitment to safety—to both customers and OSHA—while protecting employees and customer property.
Train-the-Trainer Class
Completing this class qualifies an individual to conduct HAWT Applicator Classes. Participants will receive:

MRCA will also host quarterly Zoom meetings for certified Train-the-Trainers to address questions and review program updates.

Applicator Class
The HAWT Applicator Class provides a three-year qualification certifying that an individual has been properly trained in the safe application of Hot Air Welded Roof Systems.
💲 Cost:
Non-member roofing contractors who join MRCA at the Conference and EXPO will receive the member discount.
