| Kathleen Davenport, Business Consultant of Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation. Has been in her current role as a Business Consultant since 2005. During her tenure with BWC, she has worked both as an Employer Service Specialist and a Claims Service Specialist. Kathleen works with employers in southwest Ohio to implement risk-management strategies through various cost-control program. She partners with local Chambers of Commerce and various employer associations to educate employers on workers' compensation topics and convey industry feedback to BWC's Executive Management. Kathleen also works with employers in BWC’s Individual Retrospective Rating Program and Large Deductible Program. |
